The dinner celebrates the installation of incoming Decalogue President Honorable Lori Rosen. It also honors the 2026-2027 Officers and Board of Managers. Founded in 1934, the Decalogue Society of Lawyers is the oldest Jewish bar association in the United States. The Society works to advance the professional development of Jewish lawyers and raise the standards of the bar and bench. It also works to combat antisemitism and discrimination within the legal profession.
This year's honorees include Lieutenant Governor Juliana Stratton, who receives the Courage in Advocacy Award. Judge Timothy C. Evans receives the Hon. Charles E. Freeman Judicial Merit Award. Representative Tracy Katz Muhl receives the Award of Excellence. Robert M. Karton receives the Presidential Citation. Kim Pressling receives the Intra-Society Award. Judge Barry Goldberg receives the Hebrew University Fellowship Award. The evening will also recognize Decalogue's milestone members. This year's 50-year honorees are Honorable Milton Black and Honorable Deborah J. Gubin. Several members are also celebrating 25 years with the Society.
